Elevation Recruitment Group- Business Support are excited to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic South Yorkshire business in their search for a Part-Time HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

  • Part-time 3 days a week or 5 shorter days (school hours)

As a HR Admin you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and processing applications
  • Calendar and inbox management
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • General Admin support to the wider HR team when required

If you have excellent administration experience, ideally having experience HR Team.

  • You will have an excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Work with confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
