This role looks after the Head Office functions as well as partnering the MD for the B2B arm.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic Human Resources, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Reporting directly into the SLT, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a first-class People strategy that serves the needs and ambitions of the business.
This includes acting as a trusted team lead that can confidently manage the small team as the business goes through a period of growth.
The Head of People will lead the HR strategy, aligning business objectives with employees and management in the designated business unit.
They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
