An exciting opportunity has arisen in Uxbridge for an experienced Head of People to join an award winning 'Best Places to Work'. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm on a hybrid basis.
As the Head of People, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and embedding the work we do to ensure that we have a highly engaged workforce across the business including full ownership of the monthly team building, social events and giving back days
- Support the embedding of the company values within the organisation
- Regularly review employee rewards and benefits to ensure they are competitive and attractive
- Plan, track and ensure delivery of departmental training and reviews in order to achieve long term goals

The successful Head of People will have the following related skills/experience:
- Experienced, people orientated and resilient HR professional with CIPD qualification or qualified by experience
- Ability to motivate and energise those around them and to drive our People agenda
- Excellent people skills with ability and sensitivity to deal with confidential issues and difficult situations
- Dynamic and energetic person who is happy to be hands-on across the business
