We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to take up the role of Head of People in a leading retail company, looking after a headcount of c6000 employees. This role looks after the Head Office functions as well as partnering the MD for the B2B arm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic Human Resources, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Profile
A successful Head of People should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD7)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Happy to be in one site role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Ability to manage and develop a team
