We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to bring their experience and enthusiasm to our Commercial Property and Asset Management team based in Oxford.
The post holder will take the lead on all aspects of facilities management relating to the portfolio of commercial properties within the M4/M40 corridor from London to Bristol.
This will include overseeing the third-party contractors, conducting regular inspections of properties, supervising, and overseeing any planned maintenance and major works.

I am looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join my FM client based in Edinburgh.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all expenditure and must ensure effective cost control within agreed budgets by site and across their allocated area.
Ensuring that all financial approvals are in line with the agreed levels of spend authority.
The Facilities Manager plays an essential role in the daily operations, directing the distribution of tasks for the Facilities and Maintenance team members, which includes two full time Facilities Assistants, three part-time minibus drivers, contract cleaners and landscape gardeners.
The Facilities Manager also has ownership of the school's compliance with respect to Health & Safety legislation, risk management, security, environmental sustainability, transport and site projects.
