Job Description
- Responsible for the facility department and KPI performance
- Own and deliver internal projects to completion in line with building regulations (structural integrity, fire prevention etc).
- Manage and oversee the CMMS system to extract KPI data, asset management care and to ensure performance of existing facility infrastructure is maintained
- Manage the team with technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures
- Manage a full suite of established contractors and their corresponding infrastructure and systems to ensure they meet legal and company requirements

- Using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS
- Experience in creating and adhering to KPIs
- HSE and Quality conscience for cell, understanding HSE requirement
