House Manager (non-teaching); Your new company
Hays are currently working with an Academy in Swindon to recruit to a non-teaching House Manager.
This Academy aims for its students to stand out as model citizens and believe everyone has the ability to learn and achieve great things by working hard, doing their best and persevering.
You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles.
It can be very hard work: you could be stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers...whatever's required, you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
This is your chance to get a real taste of retail, as you're exposed to every facet of our business over the 12 months of your placement.
