Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £24500 per annum
Contract: Temp to perm
Working time: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (break for lunch 30min)
gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for Warehouse Administrator for a well-established fashion design company in Swindon.
For those that can demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients
- Liaise with couriers on delivery issues
- Answer phone and door
- Take orders for walk in customers
- Accept and release post
- Assist warehouse operatives during busy times
- Conduct other activities as instructed by directors
Requirements:
- Customer service and communication (Perfect written and verbal English is mandatory)
- Accuracy
- Good attention to details
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (break for lunch 30min)
- 37.5 hours
