Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors, to join one of our long-standing clients Sheffield Hallam University in their Hallam Help team.
Your role will be to provide high-quality, customer-centred advice and guidance by primarily answering phone and email queries during the busy start of semester period.
There may be some opportunities for face-to-face help point opportunities as well, but this will not be the main element of the role.
