Are you a customer focused, forward thinking candidate with experience within a customer service environment? This part-time temporary role may be for you and with the view to go permanent! Our well-established Leeds-based client are looking for a proactive support candidate on an on-going basis. The role will be site-based for training and will then become hybrid working, with the option to work one day or more in the office.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for outbound customer contact and issue resolution with an emphasis on customer retention and loyalty. This is a high-volume task driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers by making outbound calls to understand and resolve questions and issues prior to a customer highlighting.
- Investigate diligently any issues that a customer raises, ensuring excellent service is provided to retain the customer.
- Manage your own workload, updating internal and external customers where appropriate in a timely manner.
- Promote and maintain high standards of communication.
- Ability to navigate several systems to support the resolution.
- Accountable for your own metrics, including first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport, challenge and solve difficult situations to ensure the customer has the best outcome.
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Customer service experience.
- Working within a large team environment.
- Retail experience would be preferred, but not essential.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week. 9am - 5pm. Wednesday essential. 2nd day flexible.
