We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
The responsibilities typically include:
- Addressing member inquiries via phone and via email
- Providing information and resolving issues
- Assisting with the enrollment process for new members
- Maintaining and updating member databases with accurate information
- Preparing reports and summaries weekly and monthly
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handling complaints and grievances from clients
- Mediating disputes and providing solutions in line with organisational policies
- Engaging with external stakeholders on behalf of members when necessary
- Attending internal meetings
- Being a first point of contact for client queries
