We are a leading utilities company committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bradford.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is initially office-based for the first week of training, after which it will transition to a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about our services and products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- A DBS check will be processed for the successful candidate.
