Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities
You will be working as part of a small team, assisting with making hotel, flight, and rail bookings using Sabre & Dolphin, for a portfolio of corporate clients.

They will support organisational change and restructures with ease, enabling the organisation to implement change successfully.
They will confidently manage all aspect of employment relations including, but not limited to, disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, probation, whistle blowing.
The Senior People Consultant will be highly proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement and a driver for change.
They will contribute to the design and ongoing transformation of the HR People Consultancy team and its offer to services.
This will include co-design of the packages of employment relation support to the organisation, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders.
