This role for a temporary Governance Consultant offers the opportunity for a dedicated governance professional from a not-for-profit / membership background to contribute to the delivery of a number of action points set out by the board. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the C-Suite department in our London office.

The Governance Consultant will work with the governance team to deliver a number of time sensitive directives to enable compliance within the governance framework.
Profile
A successful Temporary Governance Consultant should have:
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the not-for-profit sector
- Excellent understanding of governance standards and regulations
- Be immediately available
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
Job Offer
- A competitive daily rate of between £350-500 a day OUTSIDE IR35
