Our client, one of the UK's largest banking groups, is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to support their Customer Service Operations team, specialising in the management of loans for business assets.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal stakeholders manage mortgages and settlements.
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office after training
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
In this role, you will efficiently manage a caseload of claims, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of damages, costs, and disbursements.
