We are currently supporting our client who is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Call Handler to join their excisting team. As a Call Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and resolving of incoming calls.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Taking calls on behalf of a varied range of clients
- Taking accurate details and messages for call backs
- Booking appointments for customers
- Typing accurate information
- Various admin duties
- Using Live Chat
Experience:
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines
- Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions
- Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Touch Tying Skills - preferred not essential
