Your new role
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or office-based customer service role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is preferable.
