Your new role

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or office-based customer service role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is preferable.
