One of Loriens leading public sector clients is looking to to bring on a experiences Personal Assistant to the Head of Service, this is an inside IR35 contact on an initial 4 weeks contract working 17.5 hours per week.
Planning
Assist the Head of Service to ensure that high quality services and best value are delivered to service users by ensuring that all agreed plans are implemented efficiently and effectively.
The role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Clerk to Council, and the Deputy Clerk to Council who support the governance function.
We are currently seeking a professional, articulate and organised Governor Support/Administrator who plans meticulously, has excellent attention to detail and is available to commence work mid-August for a period of 12 months.
Working withing the Transport Team at Hampshire County Council, your main responsibilities will be to ensure decisions as well as child, operator and Passenger Assistant records are updated in a timely and accurate manner in agreed systems (including Capita One and Passenger Assistant database) so that others in the team can quickly and easily identify progress and status.
One contract ending 31st October 2024 and another ending March 2025.
The role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Clerk to Council, and the Deputy Clerk to Council who support the governance function.
To be successful in this role you will be a competent and experienced Administrator who has experience supporting Executives and taking meeting minutes.
