Role: HEO Policy Salary/Rate: £385 per day (inside IR35) Location: Hybrid - central London 2-3x pw Contract Duration: until 31.08.2024
We are currently looking for a HEO (Policy) for our government client. This HEO Policy role is hybrid, based 2-3 days per week on site in central London and the remainder of the week working remotely. Candidates will also need to be present on site for an Induction week.
The contract for the HEO position is initially until 31/8/24 with very strong potential to extend until March 2025, offering a daily rate within the range of £ 300 to £ 385, operating inside IR35.
Security Clearance: Security Check ("SC Clearance")
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Role Profile/Responsibilities:
- SharePoint - user experience and file management understanding
- Governance Experience/Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of data protection/data protection role
- Knowledge and Information Management background
- Communicating and influencing skills
- Desirable: Immigration entry/VISA experience
- Desirable: Law degree/ legal practice course LPC/ bar course / BBC
- Administration work for material held in SharePoint
- Acting as Data Protection advisor
- Organisational skills
- Not necessarily leading but able to collaborate - Understand collaborations + be a team player
- File Management
- Following IM directives and policies
- Mapping of file structures and categorisation of information on SharePoint
- Delivery of IM training
- Liaison with teams for creation of access permission groups
