Role
The Rent and Service Charge Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of all aspects of rent and service charges and will be a key point of contact for tenants, stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.
Duties will include
Manage the annual rent modelling exercise for tenants and final rent and service charge calculations.
