Our Client is in need of a Project Manager to help lead them on a series of works on their Greater Manchester based Factories.
The works will include but are not limited to:
- M&E Upgrades
- Minor Construction Works
- Refurbishment
- Industrial Engineering
- Commercial Involvement
The ideal Candidate will have a history with Site & Project Management withing the Construction & FM Industry. They will have experience working with and co ordinating subcontractors, dealing with financial elements (pre lims, budgeting), MS Project and basic office software proficiency.
