We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in this field to manage various administrative tasks, including producing and revising legal documents, drafting initial writs, records, defence statements, legal aid applications, court submissions, and legal correspondence.
Responsibilities also include communicating with external parties such as crown offices, Scottish courts, and legal aid boards, organising diary schedules, coordinating client and court appointments, building strong client relationships, audio and copy typing through digital dictation, and completing general office administrative duties.
My client are seeking an Employment Case Administrator to oversee the administration and processing of employment law legal claims work.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the workings of Employment Tribunals and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience dealing with employment related matters.
A legal degree or professional qualification is a bonus.
