We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service looking for their next step within in an office-based environment.
You will be working closely with account managers, providing first class customer service over the telephone and email.
Experience isn't essential in this role, full training will be provided, however you must have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
We are recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider, who are looking for customer service professionals with a minimum of 12 months customer service & complaints experience (in one role, within the last 3 years) to join their busy customer service department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract.
