Position: German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Walsall
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Key responsibilities:
- Promptly and efficiently answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries.
- Manage your own customer accounts following a successful training period.
- Maintain an organised email inbox.
- Provide customers with product quotes.
- Address and resolve customer issues, including delivery concerns.
- Enter data accurately into the system.
What we're looking for:
- Must have a good knowledge of maths to understand technical requirements of the product
- Must speak fluent German
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous working experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering background would be advantageous
