As a sales representative you will act as the face of the company and play a crucial role in customer interactions.
Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be required to balance lead times and the customers' expectations. You will be keen to solve customer problems, and interested in following up to understand how things are progressing. You are tenacious, proactive and interested in helping customers.
Able to quickly integrate into a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage with customers.
- Regular face to face meetings with customers.
- Identify new opportunities near our current customers, and help build our long-term business
- Keep on top of regular customer order patterns and ensure these come in as expected.
- Support the Business Manager with sales growth within your customer base
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a outwardly facing role
- Personable, sociable and engaging
- Pro-active problem solver
- Motivated to learn and be helpful
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Negotiation skills
