We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our clients customer care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Track and follow up on the status of ongoing tasks and enquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Key requirements:
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Administrative experience in an office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and empathize with customers needs.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or NHS call centre environment.
