The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure Timely and effective communication with customers is made, addressing inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving basic issues promptly.
- Being the primary point of contact, providing personalised assistance.
- Ensuring customers can easily track orders using a user-friendly online portal.
- Providing regular status updates, allowing customers to stay informed about the progress of their shipments.
- Actively monitor orders, detecting and resolving potential issues before they impact customer satisfaction.
- Updating customer accounts using excel.
- Data inputting into spreadsheets.
