Working closely with the planning and account management teams, the role will be responsible for reviewing open service jobs, customer reporting and third party systems management in order to provide dedicated, pro-active service support to UCC National accounts.
The Role
Set-up and maintain customer reports using MS Excel, regularly review open jobs and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Liaise with key accounts and third party facilities teams, maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders.
You will assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the office by assisting with general administrative tasks, typing of digital dictation and providing support for the Fee Earners, to ensure an efficient service is delivered to all clients.
