We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Account Coordinator to join a friendly team in a busy office based in Milton Keynes. This role is a full time permanent position and can offer Hybrid working after probation.
Duties will include:
Service Administration
- Produce customer quotation and parts ordering when approved
- Track warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedule
- Maintain accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access
Customer Service
- Ensure customer data is up to date
- Provide accurate management data
- Work closely with stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth
- Log calls and update customers with ETA's/completion of the call
- Provide pricing upon request
- Communicate with customers about repair calls - advising of job status/delays
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quickly and patiently to achieve 'best in class' customer experience
Credit Control / Account Administration
- Work closely with the Credit Manager to improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
- Manage and maintain the ledger ensuring information is current and accurate
- Process incoming funds & maintain the reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain the credit control system and processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance colleagues
- Check and approve applications based on company standards and requirements
- Maintain accurate master data records
