In liaison with teaching staff, plan, prepare and deliver the support needed, developing strategies to achieving positive behavioural outcomes.
Work with individuals and small groups of students within a classroom situation to ensure each child has the maximum access to all learning activities.
I am currently working with lovely school's in Sheffield and Barnsley who are urgently seeking a behavioural specialist to support their secondary-age pupils to start immediately.
Our school have a high number of SEND pupils with complex needs and behaviours that challenge them.
