Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service is required (or willingness to apply).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
