We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team in a Preston secondary school, starting in September 2024.

Position: Graduate Behaviour Mentor with SEN

Location: Preston

Start Date: September 2024

As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN, helping them to manage their behaviour and engage fully with their education. You will work closely with both students and staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, focusing on behaviour management and emotional well-being

Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised behaviour support plans

Collaborating with teachers and SEN coordinators to address individual student needs and promote positive behaviour

Supporting students in their academic and social development, encouraging their participation and engagement

Helping to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing school environment

Monitoring and reporting on students' progress and behaviour to ensure their needs are being met
