Customer Experience Adviser required for a temporary role in the Sunderland area.
This is with a construction business and the purpose of the role is to liaise between the site team and residents.
This is within a social housing setting and it is key to ensure the impact of refurbishment works is kept to a minimum by understanding residents' needs and circumstances whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Durham on a long term, temporary ongoing basis.
Starting hourly rate of £11.44 which increases to £12.30 after 12 weeks worked, with Immediate start dates available!
Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role.
Ideally you will have a solid call centre based background and have great/clear communication/telephone based skills and have experience using contact databases.
