Customer Service Advisor

£12.30 - £12.90 per hour
Based in Pity Me.
Option to work on a hybrid basis (2 days from the office) once training completed.
Full Time Temporary -
9 months plus
Working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday hours between 7 am and 8 pm plus 9 am to 6 pm on a rota for weekends)
Exciting opportunity to work with my client Northumbrian Water in their lively Customer Operations Call Centre.
Ideally you will have experience speaking with customers either in a contact centre environment or face to face in a retail role.
You'll be speaking with customers regarding Water and Wastewater questions and enquiries.
