Are you an experienced Site Manager? Are you able to start work immediately?

A social housing company in the North East is seeking to employ an Site Manager to work on several sites across the region. The right candidate must have experience working on social housing, specifically with snagging, refurbing kitchens, re roofing houses. The role is to start immediately and is for 4 weeks or more.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors and local authorities.
  • Supervise all trades and labour, as well as co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on the site so that all operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Supervising rewiring kitchens and roofing works
  • Monitor and manage site budget and expenses.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and working processes.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.
  • Maintain the site diary and arrange meetings with customers/clients
  • Toolbox talks

Requirements

  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificate.
  • Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software related to site management.
