The role, Head of Change Management is instrumental in driving the company's growth ambition, transformation portfolio and achievement of strategic objectives.
The Business Change team are responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in business process and delivering change initiatives across their fulllifecycle, from initial idea generation through to benefits realisation.
Also managing the transition of change at the business; collaborating with relevant stakeholders to embed change within the business,focussing on howindiviuals and teams transition to new change.
Business Change Delivery Leads plan and coordinate complex initiatives from inception to delivery - managing activities, resources, budget and people to achieve desired outcomes and enable strategic initiatives
We are currently hiring for a Business Partner with extensive Change Management experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 12-month contract.
