IT Change Manager

Warwick (Remote) Once a week in office if needed.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our client's dynamic organisation. Our client is a leading company in their industry, and they are committed to driving innovation, growth, and positive transformation for their team.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving change initiatives throughout the organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective change management strategies. Your role will be focused on ensuring smooth transitions and maximising employee engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change management activities for strategic initiatives, including planning, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and measurement of success.
  • Develop and execute change management plans that consider the impact of change on various business units and departments.
  • Partner with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in implementing change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, promoting a positive attitude towards change within the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practises in change management, bringing innovative ideas to enhance change initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organisational psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a fast-paced and complex organisation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using change management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification in change management (such as Prosci or ACMP) is highly desirable.
