Salary: £65,000 per annum (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Working Pattern: Hybrid working 1-2 days on site depending on the business needs

Role Overview:

As a seasoned Business Change Manager, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, helping them translate growth ideas into tangible business cases. Your ability to navigate complex structures, understand stakeholder needs, and address resistance to change will be crucial. You'll operate with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and creativity, fostering a transparent and organised approach to program management.

Essential experience

  • Public and/or Not for Profit experience in a Business Change role at the appropriate level
  • Proven ability to demonstrate change
  • Ability to work onsite each week

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and transform them into actionable business cases.
  • Present business cases at the Board level, demonstrating commercial and non profit value.
  • Leverage your high IQ and EQ to navigate complex organisational structures and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Develop change management strategies that address resistance to change and promote adoption.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and flexibility, encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Implement an organised approach to program management, ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the change process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management).
  • Proven experience as a Business Change Lead, ideally in both commercial and nonprofit contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
