ASA recruitment are currently looking for a Business Change Manager to work alongside a large-scale client in the public sector based in Glasgow. As a Business Change Manager, you will lead business and digital transformations to enhance customer experience within the organisation. The role would be for a duration of 5 months and offers a hybrid working pattern.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Engagement and Insight and the Contact Centre Manager to develop a customer experience strategy and transformation road-map.
- Review and assess current customer journeys and experiences.
- Recommend best practices for initial improvements or quick wins.
- Develop and implement a customer experience strategy and transformation road-map.
- Build capability and capacity within the existing team, recommending future developments.
- Design, develop, and implement management information and reporting systems to track customer experience.
Essential skills
- Proven leadership in customer experience and digital customer service transformation.
- Passion for customer success, systems, processes, and hybrid team building.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative leader who can engage, coach, and build new capabilities.
