Our client is seeking a Temporary dedicated Administrator.
As an integral part of the office operations, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of office and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
An experienced Administrator is required to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
The successful candidate will provide support to the department, be a competent user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook coupled with excellent attention to detail.
This is a part time opportunity working 21 hours per week
