Administrator - Working for a leading Charity organisation based on the beautiful Stoneleigh Park - £25,000pa.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

As the Administrator you will provide reception duties - to be a point of contact for electronic or written enquiries and to welcome visitors to the office.

Record incoming and outgoing post.

Responsible for providing administration support which may include correspondence, keying reports, creating spreadsheets etc.

To assist the staff team with general administrative duties.

Ensuring the database and coding is always accurate and up to date.

Assist the Head of Administration with arranging meetings both internally and externally including logistics of publishing papers, booking venues, preparing rooms, catering, attendee lists, welcoming delegates etc.

Preparing and packing for competitions, events and external meetings.

Assisting the competitions/travel officer with administration of these programmes

Skills/experience/qualifications Essential * Have a good general education. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good telephone manner. * Good level of administration and clerical skills, including MS Office experience and skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Experience of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience and knowledge of computer database systems. * Ability to work under own initiative and prioritise own workloads and meet deadlines. * A high level of discretion and diplomacy to deal with confidential information with the utmost integrity.
