Our client is seeking a Temporary dedicated Administrator. As an integral part of the office operations, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of office and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Advertising Listing: Assistance: Assisting Agents with advertising listings, including uploading photos and descriptions to online platforms, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Documentation Management: Managing and organising legal documents, contracts, and agreements, related to property transactions. Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
  • Database Maintenance: Updating and maintaining client and property databases, ensuring information is current and accessible to relevant team members.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with financial transactions, including processing payments, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
  • Office Support: Providing general administrative support to the office, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling mail.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administrative Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanour and representing the agency positively in all interactions.
