As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Property Manager for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client who are a leading, multi branch independent agent who have been established for several decades in the area, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology.
Prior experience in the property industry is a must, preferably 12 months or more so the position would be ideal for a property manager that is looking to progress and take-on some broader responsibilities.
Stonewater are now seeking a Fire Compliance Manager - someone to ensure that fire safety systems are tested and maintained in furtherance of the Groups duties, under Article 17 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, in line with British Standard requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Fire & Building Safety, you'll manage the Groups external FRA contract to ensure all FRAs are reviewed at the required intervals or following change and that any significant findings are allocated and actioned in line with the Groups Fire Management Plan.
Raising follow up surveys and inspections, you'll work alongside the Group external Compliance auditor to monitor the quality of FRAs and fire improvement works and provide technical advice and support regarding the design of fire/life safety active systems.
