As a Housing Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that tenancies are sustained in a positive and supportive manner.
You will work closely with residents to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain the overall wellbeing of our communities.
Key Responsibilities
Tenancy Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenancies are compliant with legal requirements and internal policies.
To provide administrative support to the team in processing enquiries from leaseholders and freeholders in respect of sub-letting, alterations, low level arrears information,
5 years admin experience and social housing experience needed
Providing documents and information relating to the lease or Transfer of Part document and processing of legal notices such as Notice of Transfer whilst updating contact information on an ongoing basis.
