We are looking for an administrator to support the parking team based in South Hams. This is a temporary role for 3 months initially starting in June. Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm. Duties will include: Run the associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet. Manage the DO-NOT-REPLY Parking inbox - this is mostly reports covered by the work on the above spreadsheets, but also includes forwarding on/archiving other reports. Answering general enquiries. Responding to first stage challenges. Downloading and sending all letters to Post Room for dispatch daily. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths. Competent with Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Good organisational and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
