Team Administrator
A leading UK law firm is seeking to hire a Team Administrator to provide administrative support to their Housing Management and Property Litigation team in London on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.

- 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator who has some administrative experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm environment.
Team Administrator Responsibilities:
- Diary management for Fee Earners.
- Prepare travel itineraries and book travel / accommodation.
- General administrative support for the department.
- Receive phone calls, taking messages.
- Document processing.
- Produce bills and invoices.
- Formatting documents.
Team Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience of providing administrative support within a busy team.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
