Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to support the parking team based in South Hams. This is a temporary role for 3 months initially starting in June.

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm.

Duties will include:

  • Run the associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
  • Manage the DO-NOT-REPLY Parking inbox - this is mostly reports covered by the work on the above spreadsheets, but also includes forwarding on/archiving other reports.
  • Answering general enquiries.
  • Responding to first stage challenges.
  • Downloading and sending all letters to Post Room for dispatch daily.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
