We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Site Services team at a busy site in Greenwich, SE London.
As an Administrator you will be someone who thrives in a busy workplace and is eager to assist the team in ensuring the efficient and effective management of Site Services. The site itself compromises of modern production and clean room facilities as well as office space for project management and operations teams.
The Administrator will be responsible for the following duties, among others:

  • Creating and formatting weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Running and generating financial reports via SAP.
  • Reviewing and updating documents, ensuring they are current and in compliance with company standards.
  • Organising bookings and coordinating activities as needed for facilities and site services departments.
  • Maintaining accurate & organised files and records.
  • Ensuring all tickets on the FM helpdesk system requiring the assistance of Site Services are logged & responded to promptly, in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Assisting with general office tasks and providing support to other team members & departments when needed.

The successful Administrator will have intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and will be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for the role of Administrator, as is the ability to work well under pressure. Working knowledge of SAP would be particularly advantageous.
