Responsible To: Global Technical Services Director
Primary technical Services representative to all functional departments within the business.
Aim of Role: To provide first level support for desktop users, integrity of network servers and infrastructure, telecom administration, systems analysis, project planning and implementation, troubleshooting and assisting in hardware and software upgrades.
The Technical Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, particularly in scheduling and coordinating the rotas for engineers and technical staff.

We are working with a large scale IT organisation based in Birmingham, who require a Technical Support Engineer who is comfortable working shift patterns.
You will provide support around troubleshooting, incident management, and service requests and will be working alongside other technical teams to ensure that all managed environments are functioning correctly.
