Are you looking for a hands-on technical role?

Our Service and Operations function within ICT have an opportunity for a Cloud Services Engineer. This role will enable you to have responsibility for the build and support of the SRA's Azure and on-premises infrastructure.

You will be responsible for 3rd level technical build and support, along with 2nd level technical support on agreed services. You will provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of the Azure and on-premises infrastructure estate and provide ongoing maintenance and support for servers and storage.

Your role will report into the ICT Operations Manager as part of the Service and Operations function within ICT.

What we are looking for

Experience of supporting Windows Server (2016 onwards)
Experience of Microsoft Azure services and resources
Experience of Microsoft Office 365 administration and management
Experience of Microsoft SharePoint Online
Knowledge/experience of PowerShell
Knowledge/experience Microsoft Dynamics365
Experience of Microsoft virtualisation (Hyper-V / Virtual Machine Manager) or equivalent
